Article XXV. DANNENBERG (MILTON MEADOWS) ANNEXATION  


(1)

Territory annexed. In accordance with Wis. Stats. § 66.021(12), the following described territory in the Town of Milton, Rock County, Wisconsin, owned by Dannenberg Builders, Inc. and Steven and Becky Sexe and lying contiguous to the present city boundary is hereby annexed to the City of Milton, Rock County, Wisconsin:

All that part of Out Lot 118 of the Assessor's Plat of Milton Township, including Milton Junction, lying east of the centerline of John Paul Road, located in the NW one-fourth of section 27, T.4N., R.13E., of the fourth P.M., Milton Township, Rock County, Wisconsin.

Containing a total of approximately 7.73 acres, more or less.

Effect of annexation. From and after the date of this ordinance, the territory described in subsection (1) shall be a part of the City of Milton for any and all purposes provided by law and all persons coming or residing within such territory shall be subject to all ordinances, rules and regulations governing the City of Milton.

Zoning classification. The territory annexed to the City of Milton by this ordinance shall be zoned R-1.

Ward designation. The territory described in subsection (1) of this ordinance is hereby made a part of the first ward of the City of Milton, subject to the ordinances, rules and regulations of the city governing wards.

(5)

Severability. If any provision of this ordinance is invalid or unconstitutional, or if the application of this ordinance to any person or circumstances is invalid or unconstitutional, such invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the provisions or applications of this ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid or unconstitutional provision or application.

Effective date. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
