Article XXXIX. HULL FARMS ANNEXATION  


(1)

Territory annexed. In accordance with Wis. Stats. § 66.02223, the City of Milton has purchased a portion of Parcel #6-13-255 and #6-13-267 from Hull Farms and has no electors residing in this territory and the City of Milton being the sole owner of said land, the following described territory in the Town of Milton, Rock County, Wisconsin, to wit:

Part of the Northeast ¼ of Section 35, Town 4 North, Range 13 East and part of the Northwest ¼ of Section 36, Town 4 North, Range 13 East in the Town of Milton, County of Rock, State of Wisconsin, described as follows:

Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 35, Town 4 North, Range 13 East; thence North 88°12′09″ West along the South line of the Northeast One Quarter of said Section 35, 331.47 feet; thence North 00°21′19″ East, 84.94 feet; thence Easterly along an arc concave to the North, having a radius of 260.00 feet, an arc length of 50.94 feet and a chord length and bearing of 50.85 feet and South 82°41′09″ East to a point of tangency; thence South 88°12′09″ East, 844.73 feet to the West right-of-way line of State Trunk Highway "M"; thence South 01°22′07″ West, along said West right-of-way line, 80.00 feet; thence North 88°12′09″ West, 561.34 feet to the point of beginning and the end of this description. Containing 71,403 square feet, 1.639 acres more or less.

Effective date of annexation. From and after the date of this ordinance, the territory described in subsection (1) shall be a part of the City of Milton for any and all purposes provided by law and all persons coming or residing within such territory shall be subject to all ordinances, rules and regulations governing the City of Milton.

Temporary zoning classification. Upon recommendation of the plan commission, the territory annexed to the City of Milton by this ordinance is temporarily zoned M-2 for zoning purposes and shall be designated such on the city zoning map.

Effective date of annexation. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication as provided by law.
